AI Subprocessors
Intempt currently uses OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini as AI processing subprocessors for certain platform features. These providers process Customer Data on Intempt's behalf only. They are listed in the table above at https://intempt.com/subprocessors. Any addition of new AI subprocessors will be communicated with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice in accordance with the DPA.
Opt-In Integrations
If you enable third-party integrations through the Services (for example, HubSpot, Shopify, or Slack), those third-party services may process Customer Data in accordance with your configuration and their own terms. Webhook endpoints that you configure are your designated destinations and are not Intempt subprocessors.
