Savings Plan

The Intempt Savings Plan is commitment billing: commit to a term and an annual amount through an order form for a lower rate than pay-as-you-go.

Overview

There are two ways to buy Intempt, independent of your plan tier:

ModelHow you payHow usage settles
Pay-as-you-goMonthly, self-serve, no commitment, cancel any time. Card or bank transferBilled in arrears: metered volume above your free inclusion is charged at the end of each cycle
Savings Plan (Commitment)A term and an annual amount, agreed on an order form with our team. One invoice, paid by bank transferDrawn down: usage is deducted from the amount you prepaid, instead of being charged per unit

The Savings Plan lowers your committed rate versus pay-as-you-go. The more you commit, and the further ahead you pay, the lower the rate, up to roughly 48% below pay-as-you-go at the top.

This page explains how the rate is built. The exact, current terms are the Intempt Savings Plan Terms, and you can model a specific plan on the order form.

📘 Good to know

A Savings Plan is a billing arrangement, not a feature upgrade. It doesn't change which features you get. Enterprise is the same list price for everyone; the Savings Plan is how volume, upfront payment, and loyalty earn a lower rate, not a negotiated per-customer quote.

Who it's for

  • Available once your Total Annual Fees reach $25,000 before savings.
  • Arranged on an order form with our team, never through self-serve checkout, so there's no card on file for it.
  • Self-serve and Pilot fees don't qualify, except self-serve renewals at the published annual rate.
  • Above $1,000,000 in annual fees, pricing can be custom.

Eligible fees are seats, the Usage Commitment, Top-Up, and AI Pass. Those are the amounts the savings rate applies to.

How the rate is built

Your total savings rate is the volume band plus a set of adjustments. They're additive, not compounded, and the total never drops below zero.

Volume band

Set by your Total Annual Fees before savings:

Total annual feesBand
$25,000 to $99,99915%
$100,000 to $249,99920%
$250,000 to $499,99925%
$500,000 to $999,99930%

Adjustments

Payment terms-2.5% per 15 days beyond Net 30Net 45, 60, 75, or 90 lowers the savings

📘 Good to know

The plan is price-locked for the initial term, so your committed rate doesn't move for the length of the commitment.

Marketing Rate

Six elective items, each worth +0.5%, so up to +3% total:

  • Use of your name and logo as a customer.
  • Acting as a reference customer on reasonable request.
  • Taking part in a case study.
  • Joining a webinar.
  • Taking part in a joint press release.
  • Publishing an honest review. The rate doesn't depend on what the review says.

Credits on a Savings Plan

A Savings Plan lowers your rate; it does not hand you a year of AI credits up front. Your monthly credit allocation is still granted on the 1st of each month and expires at the end of that month, exactly as on pay-as-you-go. See Credits & expiration.

The order form

A Savings Plan is set on an order form that captures your term, Usage Commitment, seats, AI Pass, payment plan, and the adjustments above. Top-Ups bought later get the same savings but are ordered separately, not on the initial order form. Model one on the order form; the final paper is agreed with our team.

Use cases

  1. A team's usage has stabilized above pay-as-you-go. Commit the annual amount on an order form for the volume-band rate instead of paying per unit each month.
  2. Budget approved for the year. Pay a 24- or 36-month term upfront for the +4% or +8% upfront bonus on top of the band.
  3. Renewing an existing commitment. Renew in the 6-month-to-90-day window for the +5% early-renewal rate.
  4. Happy to be a reference. Elect name-and-logo use, a case study, and a review for +1.5% on the Marketing Rate.
  5. Procurement needs Net 60. Longer payment terms are allowed; each 15 days beyond Net 30 lowers the savings by 2.5%.
  6. An agency's Run clients commit usage. A client's Usage Commitment on its order form is the base the agency's Run payout is calculated from. See Intempt Collective.
